Collaborates with the creators of Cryptokitties
It is the American basketball league NBA that, together with it’s player union NBPA, has teamed up with the company Dapper Labs (which made the popular collector game Cryptokitties) to create a crypto-based basketball game, the players’ union reveals in a press release.
The game, which is called NBA Top Shot, will be released next year and is based on the player building a team and collecting videos of highlights from the league via a blockchain.
Earlier this year, the Swedish company Marblecards released a crypto game which turns links on the internet into collectible cards. You can read about that here.
