Ethereum, which has increased a lot in recent days, has declined around three percent in the last 24 hours. However, litecoin, the world's sixth biggest cryptocurrency, has rallied over eight percent.
The crypto markets have remained fairly unchanged during the last 24 hours. This is not least demonstrated on the market cap for all cryptocurrencies which still is at around $132 billion.
Currently, around 64 of the 100 biggest cryptocurrencies show red numbers.
Most big cryptocurrencies have declined in the last 24 hours. Those that lost the most were ethereum (-3,01%) and bitcoin cash (-1,68%), but also bitcoin (-0,37%) and eos (-0,60%) show red numbers.
Notably, litecoin (+8.63%), the world’s sixth biggest cryptocurrency, has increased much in price. Litecoin has appeared a lot in the media lately, partly because it recently became the first cryptocurrency ever to sponsor the MMA event UFC 232, AMB Crypto writes.
Bitcoin is currently trading at around $3,854, which is about nine dollars lower than yesterday.
The cryptocurrencies on top 100 that performed the best during the last 24 hours were odem (+38,30%) and repo (+16,84%), and the ones that performed the worst were mobilego (-14,01%) and dentacoin (-7,15%).
