The crypto markets have lost in value over the last 24 hours. Currently, about 75 of the 100 biggest cryptocurrencies show red numbers.
The total market cap for all cryptocurrencies has dropped $3 billion over the last 24 hours – from $111 billion yesterday to $108 billion today.
Recently, there were rumors started that Samsung could integrate a “cold storage” wallet, a secure crypto storage, in the upcoming phone Samsung Galaxy S10.
The rumors are believed to have started after Samsung applied for several trademarks for blockchain implementations for mobile phones. On a comment about the rumors, Samsung has responded: “Unfortunately we are unable to provide any information as this is rumor and speculation”, Cointelegraph writes.
Stellar loses most of the biggest currencies
Looking at the biggest cryptocurrencies, all of them show red numbers. Stellar (-4,58% ) and ethereum (-3,16%) have lost the most, but also bitcoin (-1,88%), xrp (-1,36%) and tether (-0,02%) have lost in value over the last day.
Bitcoin (-1,88%) is currently trading at about $3,430, a decrease of $80 from yesterday.
The cryptocurrencies on top 100 that performed the best during the last 24 hours were dex (+27,28%) and proximax (+13,40%), and those who performed the worst were wax (-34,69%) and factom (-16,61%).
