The crypto markets have increased in the last 24 hours. Currently, 95 of the 100 biggest cryptocurrencies show green numbers.
The market cap for all cryptocurrencies has risen by $5 billion over the last 24 hours – from $130 billion yesterday to $135 billion today.
Faces up to 120 years in prison
The American Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has arrested Jared Rice, CEO of the crypto company Arisebank, for lying and cheating hundreds of investors through an ICO. According to court documents, Arisebank managed to raise over $4 million in the ICO, while Arisebank has, among other things, told investors that they managed to raise $600 million.
If Jared Rice is sentenced for all crimes he is accused of, Rice faces up to 120 years in prison.

Bitcoin cash increases the most
If we look at the biggest cryptocurrencies, all show increases in price. Bitcoin cash (+4,79%), bitcoin (+4,16%) and ethereum (+4,00%) have increased the most, but also stellar (+3,22%) and xrp (+2,54%) have increased in value over the last 24 hours.
Bitcoin (+4,16%) is currently trading at about $4,171, an increase of $150 from yesterday.
The cryptocurrencies on top 100 that performed the best during the last 24 hours were free coin (+41,36%) and centrality (+27,98%), and those who performed the worst were theta token (-5,23%) and moac (-4,36%).
