Bitcoin is currently trading at around $3,832, which is about $80 higher than yesterday.
The first full trading day of 2019 ended up with plus figures for the crypto markets. At present, around 90 of the 100 biggest cryptocurrencies show green numbers.
The market cap for all cryptocurrencies has also increased over the last 24 hours – from $126 billion yesterday to $129 billion today.
That is an increase of $3 billion.
Looking at the biggest cryptocurrencies, ethereum (+7,08%) is the one that has increased the most during the last 24 hours. The increase means that the cryptocurrency again takes the place as the world’s second-biggest cryptocurrency after bitcoin.
Also bitcoin (+2,00%), eos (+3,07%) and xrp (+1,54%) have increased a few percent. Bitcoin is currently trading at around $3,832, which is about $80 higher than yesterday.
The cryptocurrencies on top 100 that performed the best during the last 24 hours were buggyra coin zero (+22,03%) and dex (+14,66%), and the ones that performed the worst were revain (-11,14%) and nexo (-7,43%).
