The crypto markets have increased in value over the last 24 hours. Currently, about 55 of the 100 biggest cryptocurrencies show gains from yesterday.
The total market cap for all cryptocurrencies has increased by $2 billion in the last 24 hours – from $205 billion yesterday to $207 billion today.
Bitcoin cash rallies
If we look at the biggest cryptocurrencies, most of them show green numbers. Bitcoin cash (+7,91%), bitcoin (+0,08%), ethereum (+0,36%) and eos (+0,75%) show increases, while xrp (-0,06%) have lost slightly in value over last 24 hours.
The fourth biggest currency bitcoin cash (+7,91%) rallies after a so-called “stress test”. The purpose of the test was to see how many transactions the bitcoin cash blockchain could handle under 24 hours. During November 1st, bitcoin cash handled over 733,000 transactions. This is more than during normal days when the number of transactions for bitcoin cash is between 15,000 and 25,000, according to Bitinfocharts.
The top 100 cryptocurrencies that performed the best during the last day were basic attention token (+14,15%) and bitcoin cash (+8,33%), and those who performed the worst were digitex futures (-17,86%) and nexo (-6,25%).
Basic attention token rallies after the crypto exchange Coinbase writes in a blog post that they are going to list the currency on their platform Coinbase Pro.
