An angel investor has sued the company Ripple. The investor, who says he has lost money by buying and selling Ripples cryptocurrency xrp, claims that the company has violated securities laws.
The central question here is if the cryptocurrency xrp is to be classified as a real security or not, reports Coindesk.
Angel investor buy bitcoins
Chinese angel investor Cai Wensheng, also chairman of the photo retouching app provider Meitu, says he has reached his goal to get over 10,000 bitcoins.
However, in January this year, he had only one bitcoin. But now he says that since then he has benefited from the bear market during the first quarter of the year to buy bitcoins. Cai Wenshen’s crypto wealth now amounts to $96 million, Coindesk reports.

There have not been any major movements in the markets in the past 24 hours, but most of the major cryptocurrencies have gone up. Those who have soared the most among the biggest ones are eos (+ 7,18%), bitcoin cash (+ 7,94%), and litecoin (+5,73%).
Also, bitcoin (+ 1.23%) is heading for the notorious $10,000 line.
The one who performed best was pollymatch (+27,71%), and the worst was loom network (-8,98%).
