The crypto markets have fallen in value over the last day. At present, about 65 of the 100 biggest cryptocurrencies, by market cap, show red numbers.
The total market cap of all cryptocurrencies has lost $1 billion in the last 24 hours – from $212 billion to $211 billion.
Stellar shows strength
Looking at the biggest cryptocurrencies in the last 24 hours, the five biggest ones show red numbers. Those who lost were ethereum (-0,93%), bitcoin cash (-0,66%) and xrp (-0,56%). However, we also see a smaller decline for the other major cryptocurrencies bitcoin (-0,43%) and eos (-0,21%) in the last day.
The biggest cryptocurrency bitcoin is currently trading at around $5,530. Stellar (+4,92%), the world’s sixth biggest cryptocurrency, stands out in the market decline and instead strengthens in value.
The cryptocurrencies on top 100 that performed the best during the last 24 hours were ravencoin (+21,15%) and pivx (+17,78%), and the ones that performed the worst were rchain (-10,50%) and 0x (-7,53%).
