Crypto markets start the year with small changes – bitcoin cash increases the most of the biggest currencies

The first trading day of the year for cryptocurrencies started quite unchanged. At present, around 65 of the 100 biggest cryptocurrencies show red numbers.

The market cap for all cryptocurrencies has not moved much in the last 24 hours and is currently at the same level – $127 billion – as the same time yesterday.

Bitcoin cash increased the most

Of the biggest cryptocurrencies, bitcoin cash (-1,48%) and eos (-1,20%) have increased the most. Bitcoin (-0,63%) dropped slightly and is currently trading at around $3,772, which is about $20 lower than yesterday.

The cryptocurrencies on top 100 that performed the best during the last 24 hours were paragon (+4 677,73%) and revain (+36,88%), and the ones that performed the worst were aurora (-13,74%) and komodo (-9,48%).
