A couple of weeks ago, the famous crypto investor Mike Novogratz had a rather modest bitcoin forecast. He then meant that it would stabilize somewhere between $10,000 and $14,000.
In a new interview with Bloomberg, Mike Novogratz, who founded Galaxy Digital (a company that helps institutional clients invest in cryptocurrencies), reiterates his view that we will see stabilized bitcoin prices.
Will reach $40,000
But in the interview, Mike Novogratz also gives a more daring forecast.
“I don’t think I’m selling the next time we’re up to $14,000. I think the next time we get up there it’s closer to $20,000”, Mike Novogratz says to Bloomberg and adds that he thinks this will not be until the end of the year.
In the long run, Mike Novogratz believes that bitcoin will stabilize around $40,000 and that it will act as a digital version of gold.
As reasons for this, he highlights the robust technology of bitcoin and that large companies like Facebook have approached the cryptocurrency market, Bloomberg reports.
