Bitcoin has had a tough start to the week, and on Monday the world’s biggest cryptocurrency was down and turned below $10,000.
On Tuesday, the price of bitcoin went up slightly, but now the cryptocurrency has dipped again.
Lowest price since June
At the time of writing, bitcoin is at $9,498. It’s a decrease of almost twelve percent compared to yesterday, and the lowest price that the cryptocurrency has had since the end of June, numbers from Coinmarketcap shows.
The altcoins are not doing to good either. Ethereum has fallen by eleven percent and xrp by just over four percent. Bitcoin cash is trading for $289, which is a decrease of about six percent compared to yesterday, numbers from Coinmarketcap shows.
