Samsung's phones in the Galaxy S10 series have come with a crypto app since it was released in March. Not until now does it support bitcoin.
Earlier this year, it was rumored that Samsung is planning to launch its own blockchain and a cryptocurrency called Samsung coin.
This has not yet become a reality, but now comes news that may still please those crypto fans who own a Samsung phone.
The South Korean company has added bitcoin support to its Blockchain Keystore, an app for storing and buying cryptocurrencies and crypto apps that come with the Galaxy S10 models.
Since the launch of the Galaxy S10 in March, Blockchain Keystore has only supported ethereum and apps and tokens built on its blockchain, Coindesk reports.
