The figures for the majority of cryptocurrencies do not make a nice read. The prices of bitcoin have reached a four-month low.

The bitcoin prices have been falling steadily lately.

On Wednesday, the price hit $6,371, according to Bitfinex. This represents the lowest prices since February 6th, CCN reports.

Ethereum below $500

As always, the bitcoin price impacts the other cryptocurrencies.

On Tuesday, the prices of ethereum (-9,17%) fell down below $500 and have kept on falling since.

Also, the prices of eos (-9,55%), bitcoin cash (-8,52%), and ripple (-7,36%) have decreased considerably in the last 24 hours.

The cryptocurrency that performed the best during the last 24 hours was emercoin (+4,68%), and the one who performed the worst were polymath (-16,74%), according to Coinmarketcap.
